Well, that was a weekend and a half. I took it upon myself to rewire my studio.
That makes light of it. I mean, I don’t have a lot of stuff, but even so, twenty odd jack leads, six or seven pieces of equipment, moving it all from one setup to another.
This rearrangement was to accomodate my Powerbook, now running Reason. Anyhow, a couple of hours later, much sweat, many headrushes, lots of bending down… it was all moved over. And (despite some teething troubles), it’s all making wonderful noises. Now, I’m simply waiting to be touched by a creative muse. All very pleasing, though, and the future of good things. It looks like my sampler’s life might be short-lived.

do lottery. win lottery. from then on, pay someone cash to rewire studio any and every time you need it done. hate doing it, have done it too many times. have too much stuff. is a spagetti nightmare. want everything in the world to be wireless. thankyou.
