		<description>Sorry to hear that, Shane. Not sure what it might be - what OS are you running your server on? Might it be something to do with the configuration of sendmail (or equivalent) on your box?

		<description>This doesn&#039;t seem to be working for me--it blows up in the same way that the stackoverflow example does.  When an exception is found I can watch in the logs where the email class is initialized and then everything freezes and a timeout will occur if I wait long enough.  If I comment out the &#039;send&#039; command then the pages will load just fine.

Any idea why the &#039;send&#039; method would be hanging the system?</description>
