I'd say it beats Symfony and CodeIgniter any day, works with both PHP4 and PHP5, and has very <a href="http://manual.cakephp.org/" rel="nofollow">extensive</a> <a href="http://api.cakephp.org/" rel="nofollow">documentation</a> and an active <a href="http://bakery.cakephp.org/" rel="nofollow">community</a>...
